Conclusion

The Human Resources Project is an experiment involving artwork as represented by my paintings, the art world as represented by the museum or other traditional fine arts venue, and the world at large as represented by the communities surrounding that venue. As stated earlier, I am deeply interested in learning what is to be gained (and potentially lost) by the destruction of some of the traditional barriers surrounding artwork in our lives. But I can not accomplish this project without your help. I hope that my enthusiasm for the project is clear through this proposal, and that you will find the project as compelling as I do.
